Consultation Process
1. Schedule a Consultation
To access the booking form, please click the "Get a Quote" button located at the bottom of the page.
At the end of the form, you'll be able to select a convenient date and time from our available appointment slots.
If you're unavailable during our regular store hours or the times listed on the booking calendar, feel free to contact us directly at (416) 367-0476 or email us at weddingflowergalleryto@gmail.com. Let us know your preferred dates and times, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
2. Share Your Ideas
The information you provide in your booking form is essential in helping us prepare for your consultation. It allows us to better understand your vision and the overall direction you'd like to take for your arrangements.
When completing the form, please include reference photos of all the items you wish to discuss—these can be sourced from our website or external inspirations. This will enable us to tailor our recommendations and design the floral and/or plant arrangements that best reflect your vision.
3. Consultation Overview
Your consultation is a valuable opportunity for us to understand your vision for your subscription. During this time, we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and specific requirements to create a custom quote tailored to your needs.
If additional details or revisions are needed after the consultation, we may schedule a follow-up meeting. Once everything is confirmed, a formal quote will be sent to you within one week. Upon acceptance, we will provide our standard payment schedule. Depending on the nature and location of the subscription, an on-site consultation may be necessary to assess the dimensions and layout of the venue following the consultation.
4. Wedding Quote & Next Steps
Following your consultation and any necessary revisions, we will provide you with an official quote. This will include a comprehensive breakdown of all items and pricing, along with reference images or planning documents, and a link to view the full proposal.
Payments are to be made on a monthly basis, within the first week of each month. If you would like to schedule a payment date, we can arrange accordingly.
