How to Get your Custom Quote
1. Schedule a Consultation
To access the booking form, simply click the “Get a Quote” button located at the bottom of the page.
At the end of the form, you’ll be able to choose a convenient date and time from our available appointment slots.
If our regular store hours or the listed times don’t work for you, there’s also a section where you can provide your preferred date and time range. Just let us know what works best for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
2. Share Your Ideas
The information you provide in your booking form is essential in helping us prepare for your consultation. It allows us to better understand your vision and the overall direction you'd like to take for your event.
When completing the form, please include reference photos of all the items you wish to discuss—these can be sourced from our website or external inspirations. This will enable us to tailor our recommendations and design the floral arrangements that best reflect your vision.

4. Florist Available for On-Location Visits to Event Venues or Offices
Your consultation is a valuable opportunity for us to understand your vision for your subscription. During this time, we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and specific requirements to create a custom quote tailored to your needs.
If additional details or revisions are needed after the consultation, we may schedule a follow-up meeting. Once everything is confirmed, a formal quote will be sent to you within one week.
You will have one month from the date the quote is issued to either accept it or request any adjustments. If you'd like to make changes, please contact us by phone or email.
Once you confirm, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
After the deposit is received, you may request a one-time on-site visit from our florist to your office or event venue for preparation purposes. To schedule this visit, please provide a preferred date and time once the location is ready for discussion. This allows our florist to better understand the space and ensure the floral arrangements are perfectly suited to your event environment.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than two months before your event date, so we have enough time to pre-order your flowers and finalize all necessary preparations.
