Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that due to emergencies or overbooking, your consultation may need to be adjusted. We will notify you promptly and work to find a suitable alternative. To schedule your free consultation, please select all the items you're interested in or need for your event and include reference photos when filling out the booking form. These photos are important for us to prepare and discuss each item during your consultation.
